- Monthly on the 1st at 9:00 am in the firm timezone
- Suggested recipients
- Client contacts responsible for uploading the requested documents
- Suggested reminder settings
- Reminders enabled with enough follow-ups to cover slow client response cycles
- Suggested evidence
- PDF statements, forms or image scans uploaded on the completion page
- Suggested approval setting
- Optional. Enable if an internal owner must verify the pack before closing the occurrence.
